How It Work

How we work with clients

First, get a quote from us. We’ll ask you a few questions so that we can have a better understanding of your unique tax requirements. Everything will be kept confidential.

Step 1:
Estimation and our terms

We will give an estimate and terms once we have appropriate information about your expat tax position. If you evaluate them and decide to move further, please let us know. There is no obligation to continue with us and we encourage you to shop around a bit.

Step 2:
Engagement letter

We will send our engagement letter if you decide to proceed. To begin work for new customers, we demand a retainer of half of the estimate. The rest of our bill will be sent on delivery of the tax return for your review and signature.

Step 3:
Collect information and apply

We’ll provide you instructions on how to safely upload your data.
It generally takes us 1-2 weeks to prepare your taxes after we receive all of your information.
